I watched it again over the weekend and it contains a tremendous analysis by Tracy Reed. What prevents most of us from achieving the same results? Much of it is mental of course and there are great training resources available for that. Yet, beyond the psychological barriers, we need to Train to engrain movement into our subconscious muscle memory. Before we can even get to that point, we need to understand why we have such a hard time making the proper movements. Strength, flexibility and power are all developed through proper physical training. Core power is the key.
